Treating desk pain where it starts.

Kinesk gets your people moving again: anonymous assessments, sessions led by physiotherapists, and tailored programmes to get back into movement, and into sport.

All of it at the workplace, without adding weight to your organisation.

The starting point

Awareness is not enough. People need support to act.

Many companies inform their employees about well-being. Few support them all the way to a change in behaviour. That is exactly where Kinesk comes in.

Issue 01

Issue 01

Days spent sitting
Days spent sitting

Screen work, working from home, back-to-back meetings: long static positions are rarely interrupted.

Issue 02

Issue 02

Discomfort that settles in
Discomfort that settles in

Neck, back, shoulders, wrists. In the end the pain weighs on work, on sleep and on life outside work.

Issue 03

Issue 03

Energy that wears down
Energy that wears down

Lower productivity, less drive and creativity, more absence. What starts as physical discomfort ends up showing in the work.

The figures

What sedentary work costs, on both sides of the desk.

Musculoskeletal disorders are the leading cause of occupational disease in Belgium and a priority of the national prevention plan 2022-2027. The figures below frame the issue before we talk about a programme.

The offer

A three-step path. You move at your own pace.

It all starts with the assessment: without a clear picture, no session is justified. After that you can stop there, add the prevention module, and then the return-to-sport module.

Each step stands on its own and prepares the next. At the end of each one, you decide whether to continue.

01

Assessment — the current picture

An anonymous assessment completed at each person’s own convenience, then the results presented to leadership and HR.

02

Module 1 — prevention and well-being

On-site sessions, basic one-to-one consultations, and setting up the app and its routines.

03

Module 2 — back into sport

Several weeks of guided training, with regular checkpoints.

Add-on services — remote support hours, on-site massage and other services, added to module 1 or module 2.

What each of you gains

Measurement

Results recorded, not estimated.

We measure so the impact of the programme can be seen rather than guessed. The same indicators are recorded at the start and at the end, company by company, and you receive them as they are. Effects on absence show over time: we track those on long programmes.

Your people stay protected

The health professional is the only one who sees individual answers. The employer receives aggregated, anonymised results only. No individual diagnosis is passed on to human resources.

Alongside your prevention service

Kinesk does not carry out the statutory risk assessment and replaces neither your prevention adviser nor your external service. We work on the ground, alongside them, where the move to action is missing.
